RTPR advises Dinamic92 shareholders on company sale to Nordic Tyre Group

RTPR has assisted Viorel and Elena Tofan, the shareholders of Dinamic92 Distribution SRL in relation to the sale of the company to Nordic Tyre Group, one of Europe’s leading independent tyre wholesale and distribution platforms backed by Nordic private equity firm Axcel. Dinamic92 Distribution was founded in 1992 by the Tofan family in Piatra Neamt and has grown into Romania’s leading independent tyre distributor. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of the conditions precedent agreed by the parties.

The project team was made of Alina Stavaru (Partner) and Andrei Tosa (Senior Associate) and provided legal assistance throughout the transaction, including on the structuring, negotiation and signing of the transaction documents.
