NNDKP part of the team led by Armstrong Teasdale in London assisting Insight Enterprises, a global solutions integrator in acquiring Amdaris, a European technology company

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) was part of the international team of advisors that assisted Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator focused on driving client success through digital transformation, in acquiring Amdaris, a software development and digital services company based in the UK, with service delivery centres located in several Eastern European countries.

As part of the acquisition process, NNDKP assisted the law firm Armstrong Teasdale in London, the European counsel of Insight Enterprises, in carrying out a due diligence check over the Romanian subsidiary of Amdaris and in mitigating potential risks.

NNDKP's team, led by Partner Răzvan Vlad and assisted by Senior Associate Vlad Anghel, Corporate/M&A practice, provided comprehensive Romanian legal advice on the deal, with the support of lawyers from specific areas of practice within NNDKP.

With the acquisition of Amdaris, Insight Enterprises will expand its solutions portfolio and IT supply chain capabilities to include innovative software development, application support, managed services, and consultancy services.
